Nebraska plans to build a casino. The city of Lincoln is considering redesigning the community to accommodate a gambling house. The investors in this $200 million project are gambling operator Ho-Chunk WarHorse Gaming and horse racing association Nebraska Horsemen’s Benevolent & Protective Association. In the future complex, in addition to a gambling establishment, there will be a hotel, restaurants, event spaces, and spas. Ho-Chunk WarHorse Gaming, which has promised to be great partners for Lincoln and the townspeople, plans to start building the casino in 2022. As My Lucky Story wrote, now the legislature of Nebraska, where gambling was allowed according to the results of a vote of state residents in November 2020, is forming the rules for gambling. As reported, the authorities of the Pennsylvania city of Shipennesburg have allowed Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment to build a gambling house, where guests can come, possibly as early as next year.
