In 2021, the construction of objects of the second stage will begin – these are 12 hotel and entertainment complexes with a casino. The project includes the creation of an entertainment infrastructure and optimal conditions for a good family vacation. At the same time, the current Russian investor NAO Shambhala is creating a project for the second stage of construction of another complex with a total area of 24,000 square meters on the territory of the Primorye gambling zone. The amount of their investments exceeds 4.5 billion rubles. It is reported that there are still four “sites” open for investment.
