The Bally Corporation has lost the right to build a casino resort in Richmond, Virginia. The city authorities rejected the proposal made by this company because of its insufficient study. Representatives of the corporation, which was ready to invest $650 million in the construction of the complex alone, attract 3.7 million customers annually and create more than 2,000 jobs, said that Bally had received the most favorable conditions for the implementation of the investment project for Richmond.
