In some sports betting shops, attendance increased by 50 percent. The management of the BetBum company emphasizes the fact that these are not only new bettors, but also those who have temporarily moved away from bets. The increase is already more than twenty percent and does not lose the trend. Bookmaker “Liga Stavok” speaks of a fifty percent increase in the number of bets made, while noting that the average size of the bet itself has slightly decreased. The Fonbet company notes plus forty percent of customers in land-based sports betting shops. This number includes both new bettors and regular customers of the bookmaker. Experts believe that this trend is directly related to the big Euro 2020 football championship, which was supposed to take place last year, but was postponed.
