The government of Primorye will help a resident of the gambling zone to obtain permission to import a skilled foreign worker to resume the construction of the Naga Vladivostok complex, said Konstantin Shestakov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Territory. In 2021, Primorsky Entertainment Resorts City LLC, the sole beneficiary of which is an investor from the Kingdom of Cambodia, Naga Corporation Ltd, should return to the active phase of construction on the territory of the gambling zone. “Due to the situation with COVID-19, the company was unable to bring workers from its contractor from China. We hope that with the support of the Government and with the stabilization of the situation in the world, the investor will be able to complete the construction,” said Konstantin Shestakov. To date, the investor has 60% completed the construction of the first phase of the hotel and entertainment complex Naga Vladivostok. According to the developer, the total area of the facilities of the complex will be more than 300,000 square meters, and the number of rooms in the region will increase by 2,719 rooms. The project also provides for a concert hall for 2,000 seats and a water park area. Recall that at the end of 2020, one of the establishments of the Primorye gambling zone, the Shambhala casino, transferred more than 95 million rubles to the budget of the Primorsky Territory.
