The New Year will be a year of significant progress for betting companies that operate legally on the territory of the Russian Federation, says Darina Denisova, President of the Association of Bookmakers.According to the head of the association, last year was a turning point for many betting organizations, many Russian betting offices became stronger, which happened thanks to the World Cup, which took place in Russia: I would especially like to note those companies that were engaged in the development of interactive bets. In 2018, such bookmakers as Leon, Olimp, and Fonbet showed themselves. Denisova also said that the organization plans to continue to actively defend the interests of the entire betting business that operates legally in Russia: This year will be difficult, mainly due to new laws related to the regulation of bookmakers. However, we can say with confidence that the work of the SRO will help Russian bookmakers become much stronger. Recall that from next year, bookmakers in Russia will transfer targeted deductions to domestic sports organizations and will also be made from interactive bets.
