Element Partners Corporation bought out the World Poker Tour poker brand for $105 million

On the twelfth of July of this year, a significant deal was completed on the purchase of the World Poker Tour brand project by Element Partners, a large investment corporation from the United States of America. The purchase amount was one hundred and five million dollars.

Bidding was tense to the last – Bally’s competed with the new owner, but their rate was lower and did not suit the previous owners. On July 1, the deal between Allied Esports Entertainment and Element Partners was approved by all shareholders. The WPT – World Poker Tour has been around since 2002 and is one of the world’s most important poker tournaments.
