A scandal involving a Premier League club has erupted in the Russian football family. Two athletes, Dmitry German and Alexander Yerkin, are suspected of rigging the results of matches with the Kuban teams Krasnodar and Sochi because of their participation in betting on the outcome of the games of their club, Tambov.
