Appropriate measures and steps should be taken not only by the authorities and participants of the gambling market itself, but also by the citizens of Ukraine themselves. Residents of the country are advised to learn to recognize the differences between shadow and legal operators. The expert named the main criteria: you need to pay attention to how one or another representative of the industry behaves – aggressive spam advertising and constant SMS mailings are an indicator of a low level and, most likely, illegality of the operator. Plus, all the official participants of Ukrainian gambling are registered on the CRAYL resource, which means that citizens can check the “transparency” of the brand at any time. Recall – Anton Kuchukhidze named the main problem for the operation and development of the gambling business in Ukraine. Meanwhile, since June of the current year 2021, a register of players began to operate in Ukraine, for whom the path to gambling establishments is closed. Also on the topic – the Ukrainian authorities approved a bill to reduce the tax rate on gambling.
