The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine refused to issue a license to open a land-based casino to Campus Plus. The corresponding document is posted on the official website of the regulator. As explained in the document, the reason for the refusal was the desire of the owner to equip a gambling establishment outside the hotel premises. Although the applicant indicated that the Premier Hotel Palazzo has a four-star rating.
