In Ukraine, on June 15, 2021, the Register of persons with limited access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling began to operate in a pilot mode. This is stated in the decision of the state regulator of gambling, adopted on June 11, 2021. The Commission on Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine ordered, in addition to launching the registry, to ensure that a separate structural unit of CRAIL performs the functions of the registry administrator, to determine the registrar / registrars for entering into the register of persons who have restricted access to gambling establishments and participation in gambling, to determine the user / users in the CRAIl system who can legally obtain information from the registry. As My Lucky Story reported, the Ukrainian gambling regulator has issued a third B2B license. Earlier it was reported that the Central Hotel in Krivoy Rog received permission from CRAI to place a hall with slot machines or a betting shop. Recall that the operator “Solo Games” has successfully passed the licensing of its slot machines in CRAI.
