Kyrgyz authorities offered to change lottery legislation

The parliament of Kyrgyzstan initiated consideration of a bill that will help regulate lotteries in the country, establish government control over their finances, and also contribute to the development of the State Lottery Company operator. If the law is adopted and if it enters into force: the budget of Kyrgyzstan will receive additional money to finance social programs through the profile tax and earmarked contributions; there will be an electronic sale of lottery tickets; there will be more products in the lottery market of the country, which will be increased by new points of sale of tickets; operators will be required to properly notify lottery participants of upcoming draws; it will be established what the electronic lottery equipment is; introduce a simple and convenient system for reporting on tickets sold. As My Lucky Story wrote, the state regulator of the financial market of Kyrgyzstan proposed introducing a ban on gambling transactions on the Internet in the country. As reported, the Kyrgyz authorities planned to allow the provision of gambling services to foreigners near Manas International Airport. Recall that the head of the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan spoke about the advantages of introducing check lotteries.
