Liga Stavok bookmaker will be able to get a refutation

There was information about the resolution of the dispute between the current betting company “Liga Stavok” and the popular Russian TV channel NTV. The trial began because of a television story broadcast on the channel’s website and on its air. The program was called “Unfair Game” and its theme was, as you can understand, about the activities of banned gambling operators and organizations. So, during the release, the logo of the Liga Stavok company flashed in the frame every now and then. According to the bookmaker and experts, this could cause the viewer to have a wrong or negative perception of the brand, which is an offense. The result of the conflict was a court and its decision is now known. The defendant is obliged within two weeks (no more than fourteen days after the decision is made) to post on its official website the resolution of the court decision in this case. Recall that it was the bookmaker company “Liga Stavok” in April of this year that became the leader in the list of bookmakers actively involved in charitable activities, and not just paying mandatory contributions. The company also became the general partner of Fedor Konyukhov in his new journey.
