Marina Bay Sands today announced on its social media accounts: The Government of Singapore today announced that in addition to essential service businesses, most businesses will be required to close from Tuesday 7 April until Monday 4 May due to the escalation of COVID-19 cases in Singapore. #MarinaBaySands is suspending all all-inclusive resort services and operations from Tuesday, April 7th until Monday, May 4th. We hope for your understanding. We are closing the hotel, all attractions including the ArtScience Museum, Shops, Food & Drink establishments, and the Casino for the duration of this period. For those who have booked a stay at the hotel, room reservations from the night of April 7 to May 4 will be cancelled. We are working hard to find accommodation elsewhere for guests who have already checked in and who should have stayed with us after the closing period. These are unprecedented times for all of us, but we are all in this together. Please follow government guidance and stay home and only go out for essentials during this entire period. Stay safe, stay healthy. Together we can overcome this.
