One of the largest gambling software developers sells one of its companies for $210 million

From official sources, it became known that the developer Playtech PLC, a company engaged in software for gambling, casinos, betting, and so on, has been selling its financial division “Finalto” since 1999 for more than two hundred million US dollars. The name of the buyer is also known – it will be Barinboim Group. The first tranche of the deal is $185 million, the payment of $15 million has been deferred for two years, and another $25 million is an additional amount. The sale transaction must be fully completed by the deadlines set for the end of the current year 2021. According to the participants in the transaction, both parties are satisfied with the terms. It should be noted that the IPoker platform was developed by Playtech and in March of this year it entered the TOP-10 among the world’s online poker brands in terms of cash games.
