Pechtold appointed chairman of the board of directors of the Dutch Lottery

In the Netherlands, Alexander Pechtold has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Dutch Lottery. This manager previously headed the Dutch Driving License and Certificate Agency and the city of Waginingen, and was also a minister and a member of the Dutch Parliament from the Democrats 66 party. He turned 56 in December 2021. Alexander Pechtold replaced Jan Lorbach, whose term of office came to an end, as head of the Supervisory Board, and promised to intensify the activities of the Dutch Lottery in the online gambling market. With the advent of Alexander Pechtold, the lottery should strengthen its position in the national gambling market, Nils Onkenhout, general director of the lottery, expressed hope. According to My Lucky Story, Dominican authorities suspect employees of the national lottery of fraud. Earlier it became known that the Irish government initiated an audit of the National Lottery, which is managed by Premier Lotteries Ireland. The Idaho State Lottery has rescinded its decision to end Powerball lottery draws in the state.
