With regard to the casino “Shambhala”, located in the gambling zone of Primorye, the department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Primorsky Territory is conducting an investigation. According to the supervisory authority, the casino advertisement states that visitors can receive up to 2,000 rubles for pre-registration at the casino, as well as a refund of 10% of the amount lost. But the advertisement itself lacks information about the rules of the campaign: the timing, place and procedure for receiving funds, which misleads consumers. For reference: the Shambhala casino, which is owned and operated by NJSC Shambhala, opened on October 16, 2020. The construction of the casino complex, which includes gaming spaces, three restaurants and a theater, cost 3.5 billion rubles. As previously reported, according to the results of activities in 2020, the Shambhala casino transferred more than 95 million rubles to the budget of the Primorsky Territory.
