Primorye authorities said that another South Korean company plans to develop new entertainment facilities in their region. The investor plans to create a casino and a golf course on the territory of the gambling zone, as well as the construction of a hotel on Russky Island.At the moment, the South Korean investor Ramid Hotels is preparing documents of understanding for the implementation of three objects in Primorsky Krai: We will cooperate with local authorities and try to prepare all the necessary legislative acts that will help bring tourism in Primorye to a new level. The authorities of Primorye also announced that they are ready to provide a new investor with land plots on which a hotel and a golf course will be built: We intend to support all companies that want to participate in the development of our region. We also offer investors to use the preferential regime of the Free Port of Vladivostok. The regional administration also confirmed the information that several other South Korean investors are interested in selling their facilities in the gambling zone. For example, K International plans to create a modern gambling complex in Primorye. Recall that a visit to the Primorye gambling zone will be included in the program of separate tours for Russian and foreign tourists planning to visit the Far East. The entertainment cluster in Muravyinaya Bay near Vladivostok is included in the list of recommended places to visit as part of the Eastern Ring of Russia project.
