Received taxes from the gambling business in the Krasnodar Territory increased

According to official data, over the past five months of the current 2021, tax payments to the budget of the Krasnodar Territory from the local gambling business have increased by 1.7 times. As of June 1, they amounted to 192 million Russian rubles. The reporting documentation shows that, compared to the same period last year, when a little more than 112 million rubles came to the budget from gambling, a clear positive trend is visible. As for the annual tax plan, in 2020 the regional authorities expected 440.3 million rubles, and in the current 2021, 424.78 million rubles are expected. Recall that in 2019, the Sochi Casino became the leader in terms of attendance in the Krasnaya Polyana gambling and entertainment zone, hosting 47,891 guests out of a total of 62,000 visitors. We also note that March of this year showed a decrease in tax revenues to the regional budget compared to last year’s data – the amount amounted to 33.265 million rubles.
