Gambler Education Bill Passed by New York State Senate. The document provides for the creation of an educational program that all self-excluded players will be required to complete before their data is removed from the lists of those who have abandoned gambling. The program will be developed by the State Department for Combating Alcoholism and Drug Addiction, the senators decided. They previously passed a law according to which everyone who is included in the lists of self-excluded is denied being in gambling establishments. As My Lucky Story reported, New York State has set a license fee and tax for mobile sports betting that could net the region $496 million in 2022-2025. Earlier it became known that 28.4 thousand people voluntarily refused to participate in gambling in Finland. We also recall the legislative initiative of the Russian Ministry of Finance, which wants to give Russians the right to self-exclusion.
