Sports Betting Bill Passed by Ohio Senate

The Ohio Senate passed a bill to legalize rates in the state, on which regional authorities began work in the spring of 2021. According to the document, there are three types of betting licenses for operators in Ohio. The first – type A – for companies that accept sports betting through mobile applications. There are 25 licenses in total, which will be issued by the Ohio Casino Control Commission. The second – type B – for land-based gambling establishments: casinos, casinos and bookmakers. There will be 33 such licenses, the commission mentioned above will be engaged in their registration. The third – type C – for self-service terminals located in bars, restaurants, bowling clubs and other establishments that already have a license to sell alcohol. There will be 20 such licenses and they will be issued by the Ohio Lottery. As My Lucky Story reported, Nebraska authorities have legalized sports betting. Earlier it became known about the legalization of betting in Maryland.
