The Ohio Senate passed a bill to legalize rates in the state, on which regional authorities began work in the spring of 2021. According to the document, there are three types of betting licenses for operators in Ohio. The first – type A – for companies that accept sports betting through mobile applications. There are 25 licenses in total, which will be issued by the Ohio Casino Control Commission. The second – type B – for land-based gambling establishments: casinos, casinos and bookmakers. There will be 33 such licenses, the commission mentioned above will be engaged in their registration. The third – type C – for self-service terminals located in bars, restaurants, bowling clubs and other establishments that already have a license to sell alcohol.
